Terms of use

Last updated: 27 September 2026.

Gloam is a romance fiction press for readers 18 years or older. Some stories contain explicit sex scenes; each story is labeled with a heat level (sweet, warm, or hot). First chapters (teasers) are free to read. By creating an account, joining the newsletter, or using the site you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. Some stories contain explicit sexual content. You are responsible for ensuring that reading it is lawful where you live.

Accounts and newsletter

You may join the newsletter with email only (no password). Account email and password credentials, when you create them, are personal. We use newsletter and account emails to notify you when new stories publish. Paid access to the full library is not offered for sale on this site yet. Teasers remain free. We may suspend accounts that share logins, scrape the library, or attempt to bypass access controls. You can leave the newsletter via the one-click unsubscribe link in each message.

Content

Stories are fiction. Every character is 18 or older. We do not host user-uploaded manuscripts in this MVP; all catalog text is published by Gloam. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reading only.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. These terms describe current Phase 1 practice (free teasers and newsletter updates) and should be reviewed by counsel before any paid product launches.
